You only need this URL if you add Voico as a custom connector. Most people can connect straight from Claude's connector directory.

Before you start

  • A Voico account. If you don't have one yet, book a free intro call.
  • A Claude account with access to connectors.
  • Credit on your Voico account if you want Claude to place calls. Reading data doesn't use credit.

Connect Voico to Claude

  1. Open connectors in Claude.Go to Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Find Voico.Browse the connector directory and search for "Voico".
  3. Click Connect. You'll be sent to Voico to sign in.
  4. Sign in and approve access.Log in with your Voico account and allow Claude to access it. You'll land back in Claude when it's done.
  5. Try it.Start a new chat and ask something like "How many calls did my agents take last week?"

To disconnect, go back to Settings, then Connectors, and remove Voico. Claude loses access straight away.

Things you can ask

  • How many calls did we get last month, and how does that compare to the month before?
  • Show me today's calls that didn't reach a real conversation.
  • Read the transcript of the last call and tell me what the caller wanted.
  • Which of my agents handles inbound calls, and which number is it on?
  • How much have we spent on calls this month, and how much credit is left?
  • Update the opening line of my reception agent to mention our new opening hours.

A note on placing calls

make_call dials a real phone number and uses your credit. Claude asks for your confirmation before it runs. Only ask Claude to call people who expect to hear from you, and check that your agent's opening line makes clear the caller is speaking with an AI.

Privacy and data

Voico is hosted in Germany and built for GDPR-compliant use. When you use the connector, Claude reads the data it needs to answer your question, such as call summaries or transcripts, and shows it in your conversation. Voico doesn't use your call data to train AI models.

Transcripts can contain personal data about your callers, so treat conversations that include them the same way you'd treat the transcripts themselves. Details are in our privacy policy.

Troubleshooting

Check that you signed in with the Voico account your agents live in. If you're a partner agency, ask Claude to filter by a specific client.
Transcripts are only available once a call has finished and been transcribed. Calls that never connected, such as busy or no-answer, don't have one.
The agent needs outbound calling switched on, a phone number assigned, and credit on the account. Ask Claude to check your credit and the agent's phone number.
Remove Voico under Settings, then Connectors, and connect it again. If that doesn't fix it, contact support.

Support

Email support@voico.ai and tell us which agent or call you're asking about. For anything about your contract or plan, the same address works.
