Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
We provide our DPA per Art. 28 GDPR to every customer individually after the first joint meeting.
As a data processor per Art. 28 GDPR, we enter into an individual data processing agreement with every customer. The DPA governs which personal data VOICO processes on behalf of the customer, which technical and organizational measures we take, and how we handle subcontractors.
Customers receive the DPA after the first meeting — we explain it together and adapt it to your requirements if needed.
