How long does setup really take?
A first productive agent is live in 3–5 business days. More complex integrations (CRM, telephony, knowledge base) are scoped in the briefing.
Can we test VOICO without risk?
Yes. We typically start with a pilot on a secondary number or a defined use case. Duration and scope we set together.
Where is data processed?
Production workloads run in certified data centers in Germany. Voice and model endpoints are in the EU.
Do we need IT resources?
For the standard case, 1–2 hours of coordination with your IT (phone numbers, CRM API) is sufficient. We handle the rest.
What does it cost?
We work with individual packages depending on volume, use case and integration depth. You get a concrete estimate in the intro call.
