Partner Terms and Conditions 

Affiliate and Partner Program

1. Participation Requirements

Only legal entities and individuals with a registered business can participate in the Voico GmbH partner program. Private individuals without business registration are excluded from participation.

2. Entrepreneur Status

By registering, the partner confirms that they are an entrepreneur in the sense of § 14 BGB and meet the necessary tax and business law requirements. Voico GmbH is entitled to request appropriate proof (e.g., business registration, tax number, or VAT ID) at any time.

3. Billing and Payment

Commissions are paid out exclusively against proper invoicing by the partner. Payments to private individuals without a business license are not made.

4. Partner Responsibilities

The partner commits to comply with all legal regulations (including the UWG, DSGVO, trademark and copyright law) when promoting and marketing the services of Voico GmbH. In particular, it is prohibited to:

- use misleading or unlawful advertising methods,

- unauthorized use of brands, logos, or texts of Voico GmbH,

- non-compliance with labeling obligations (e.g., advertising labeling in social media).

5. Consequences of Violations

Voico GmbH is entitled to exclude the partner from the program with immediate effect in the event of violations of these conditions. Already earned but not yet paid commissions can be withheld or reclaimed in this case.
